For fishing, there is nothing better!
The banks of the Ognon are perfect for settling in for a great fishing trip. On two stretches of about a hundred kilometers each, you have the option of fishing during the day or at night (night carp fishing option available).
If you already have a fishing permit for the Doubs region, you can fish in the Ognon river on the Doubs department side.
It's not always easy to find your way around the different fishing areas, public and private domains, categories, AAPPMA (fishing associations), etc. To get a clearer picture of your future fishing spot, visit the geopêche website.
The ponds of Rigney
Covering a total area of approximately 7 hectares, the Rigney ponds are the perfect spot for peaceful fishing. They are ideal for picnics and enjoying relaxing moments in a calm atmosphere with family.
Fishing is possible there by the day or by the year by purchasing a "Rigney ponds" option from the Doubs Baumois Tourist Office or online at cartedepeche.fr
